Vy and his team did a terrific job. Protected the floors in the house and took away all the old unit. They were very professional.

Recently had a planned power outage and when the power came back on my AC control panel and app couldn’t seem to reconnect to the unit: called ACC and received a call back virtually straight away from Andre, senior tech. He couldn’t have been more helpful! When I couldn’t find the panel I needed, he FaceTimed me to help me look for it. Talking me through it, we couldn’t get it to work - he came out to the house a few days later and was able to fix the problem, despite it not being as simple as he had hoped. He didn't give up and got the system up and running. Faultless customer service, thank you ACC and especially Andre.

BJ, Theo, Shad, Yasin, Shazam and Will did a great job in replacing my old air conditioning unit within 24 hours. Efficient and professional job.

The team at Alliance Climate Control have been amazing. From the initial site inspection done by Jake who was extremely thorough and went through all our options based on what we were after.

Once I had approved the team were on top of the communication every step of the way from confirming the job and timing, to going through the payment options.

I had gotten an electrical switchboard upgrade done before getting ducted done the day after. My electrician who came on site was Charles and was very good. Once he completed the job he went through everything with me and ensured that I was aware of the new upgrades, also provided me with his card should anything go wrong or if I have any questions.

The following day I had Ivan, Maisam & Mosa come to install the new ducted system for my house. This team was once again extremely professional and the communication was really good. They kept me updated with how much work they had done and was left and asked me questions and ensured I was happy with things before commencing. The team were also very efficient and neat at performing their job and ensured to cover all areas of work and clean up after once completed.

Overall Alliance Climate Control has been extremely good with their services and communication and I am happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend them to all and use them again for future needs. Special mention once again to Jake, Charles, Ivan, Maisam & Mosa for their amazing service and great work. Thank you!

Jason and Nicolas installed an access point and air filter for our ducted aircon. Everything was done professionally and respectfully, from making sure to put floor coverings around the work area and plastic cover on the kitchen counter to cleaning the area around the actual job. Work was communicated very good as well. ACC's process of sending quotes and follow-ups were also amazing. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rahil turned up on time, was very thorough in his work, very neat and tidy. A really good guy and a pleasure to meet.

I needed a difficult and complex replacement of an old defunct Air Con which 2 other companies had been unwilling to undertake. Alliance managed this with an excellent result. there were a couple of minor delays but all workers were efficient, pleasant and considerate. I am very pleased!

This is how a company should operate. Professional, Courteous, Helpful in all details from the quote supplied by Shazim, to the installation team lead by Matt, Benjamin, Ahmad, Qaig and Casper. They had to perform their work in very trying conditions due to persistent heavy rain. The installation process lasted 3 days. What impressed me was their work ethic and attention to detail. We have had numerous trades people to our house and this team is right up there with their workmanship. I would also like to thank Michael and James who are the operations experts , who responded to my query within the hour. They arranged for Andres from Alliance to be at my house within the hour and the matter was resolved . I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance.

Ahmad, Louis and Carlos did a very professional job installing our new reverse cycle aircon. They spent extra time making sure it was completed and looked neat, particularly as it was a complicated fit.

Andres was very polite and very respectful. Came on time and explained everything very well. The yearly service is amazing and they always make sure that our systems are in tip top condition. Great experience with Alliance, Harry was very helpful and accessible in planning the job with us in a fairly complicated three system set up in our unit. Then Tommy, Shaad and Gokhan were an awesome installation team, they were very professional, made sure everything was done properly, cleaned up after themselves and kept us well informed throughout the process, they even worked through some awful rainy weather as well. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service person turned up on time. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. Without any fuss he was able to change his routine to work around a zoom call I needed to make. All required work and reasons for it were explained. Work was done very efficiently. He kept the area very clean and avoided any mess.

I wrote what's below a few years back - maybe I didn't press "post". Anyway, I've had a series of good experiences with Alliance Climate Control, and this was another one.

I don't think I've ever come in contact with a better-run business than this one. From the first inspection , to talking through the options right through to installation this mob was stunningly professional - they always turned up on time, communication with the office was perfect, all the documentation was excellent; whoever runs this business really needs to be congratulated. Then on the day of the installation, an unpleasantly hot day to be working up in the roof, they sent three excellent young blokes - Harry, Aaron P. and Aiden, who did a really great job. I recommend these guys without hesitation; I'll give my sister in Crows Nest a ring and proselitize today as I sit back and enjoy a day when 33 is forecast, rather than suffer through it.

We have had a very good experience with firstly with Liam and Matt doing the diagnosis yesterday and then today Meedy and Juan did an excellent job of installing our new unit. It has been a wet day and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I thank all four men for their polite and thought manner.

I cannot speak more highly of the maintenance that Andre performed on our air-conditioning system. He was the most thorough technician compared to other technicians that have been here. He clearly outlined to us what had been done and what could not be done. His explanations were all very clear and he was able to work with us to find alternatives for certain issues. Thank you, Andre. You have instilled in us a greater confidence towards the company in which you work. They are lucky to have you.

These 5 star ratings are real. Shout out to Mitesh and Zach who have been absolute legends! Ive been having an ant infestation in my air con and they came to save my life. Sealed the holes, walked me through the process, and I loved that they were so clean and thorough (even wearing shoe covers + taking off shoes before stepping in) and had a super sense of humour!

Also to Christiam, Marion and Brendan being absolutely patient and understanding of my situation and going back and forth to find a solution for me!

Give these all these guys a raise. i would give u guys a 100 stars if i could. Fingers crossed no more ants!

I have a reverse cycle air conditioner that has been smelling musty. I had Daiken out to service it, they changed the filters but the smell persisted. I had Daiken out again and they told me I needed to remove half of my ceiling for them to get to the system. Then I called Alliance Climate Control, and I am so very pleased I did. Emre was able to access the unit to drain the system without cutting into the ceiling. He discovered that there was still a filter to be replaced ( that Daiken had missed). He was thorough, communicative and then left the apartment spotless when he completed the work. I cannot recommend Alliance more highly. Thank You Emre.

Tommy, Shad & Ghokan did a great job on our Mitsubishi unit installation. Efficient and on time, thrilled to have cooling ahead of summer. Shoutout to the social media manager for getting the boys on camera too.
