Service is fabulous. Great customer service. Professional and very competent technician. I would recommend without hesitation.

I contacted Alliance Climate Control, due to leaking water from my air conditioner. I had Gabriel come to evaluate the condition, and he gave me quotes and explained options. He immediately scheduled the job through a phone call with the office. 2 weeks later, I had Emre and Luke come to my apartment to properly do a deep clean on my air conditioning system. They both did a fantastic job within 2 hours. After the AC is properly cleaned. It works perfectly and feels like new again. Really happy with the job they did. I think I'm going to do this every 12 months as they recommended.

The team led by Bokhan did an excellent job on the installation. They worked through the bad weather to get the job done, and were always ready to provide us feedback when needed. The instal team and the electrical team were very professional.
We would highly recommended Alliance Climate Control for their high quality work.

Superb service - Ivan and hist team worked assiduously all afternoon to provide everything and more that I asked for - well beyond the call of duty! He and his team were receptive, polite and just got on with it. The best service I have ever had in fact.

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing.

Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional.

I had a second job done by ACC - amazing electrician Mohammad and cannot fault his work. Always checking when things got tricky 😅 but we solved all the issues on the spot. He replaced our 24 years old main switch board and created 2 new outdoors el sockets. Neat, tidy, polite and very efficient. Even our cat liked him ☺️. Thank you for your service!

I was happy with the service from Alliance through the whole process. Harry spent a alot of time at our house discussing the various options for aircon (ducted vs. Split systems) and the pros and cons of each - he even tried to find the manhole access to our roof. He was also very responsive to questions I had about the quote once we'd made a decision.
BJ and Carlos came for the install. They were very professional, did a good job of cleaning up afterwards, and spent time explaining the whole install process and how to use the systems once they had left.
I would use Alliance again for any further aircon installation. I was really happy with their service and the quality of the work.

We are so very pleased with the installation of our new system. Kevin, Dragan and Ivan were so professional, thoughtful, with every aspect of the installation. Kevin’s instructions to me re the control pad were very clear with him constantly checking that I understood all aspect of the control panel. Their clean up and the way they left our home on completion was just perfect.
Kevin, Dragan and Ivan are a credit to your company, we feel very fortunate to have had three such competent team members of Alliance Climate Control carry out our requirements.

I can't speak too highly of the service we received from Alliance. From first contact and ongoing attention from Cara and Luke in the office to the assessment stage with Steven, the service was courteous and efficient, answering all our questions without hesitation.
When it came to installation B.J. and Theo were very prompt and helpful, taking great care to ensure that we were well informed and happy about every stage , leaving us with written directions and a demonstration of how to use the controller.

I was so lucky to get my annual service by Christian. He is a dream technician to work with. He was punctual, polite, accommodating, listened to my requests and fulfilled them all. Worked every minute whilst he was here, made photos and texted them to me, when I needed to know what condition the roof was in. His work was very clean, he did a very thorough job, got photos of "before and after". I couldn't be more satisfied with him, I'd like to get him back any time. I can recommend him to all your customers. Congratulations to the all your management who make excellent effort to pick the right people, who, in the end, just enhance the reputation of the company. Highly recommend. Liam was very professional and answered all questions that I had. He provided all the information I needed to send to strata for approval within an hour of providing a quote. Tommy and his team also provided a stress-free installation. Arrived on time and did not muck around. Im very happy that I choose alliance climate control :).

I had ducted underfloor aircon installed in most of the house, and a split system where the subfloor couldn’t be accessed. While I got another quote which was a little cheaper I went with Alliance because their explanation of their process, their detailed answers to my questions and their after installation policy and support gave me confidence that they would do a good job and I wasn’t disappointed. They were extremely efficient and completed the job in less than two full days. They ensured that floor surfaces were protected from dust and foot traffic and they cleaned up at the end of the day and the end of the job. I needed to change the look of the floor vents to better match my timber floors and they made the change within a week. The system works really well and I wish I’d done it years ago. I would like to specifically recommend Ivan the main installer, as well as Ben, Moja and Brody.

The initial quote from another company suggested an overhaul of the ducted air con system at 2k! Liam from Alliance came out to the property and said the issue fixed itself but suggested a filter change and clean. Honest team! Will use them again in the future! Wished more people were like them.

I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented.

The team also went above and beyond by waiving the initial call-out fee due to a booking error, which was a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.

**Adding on post 1st visit**
Following my initial review, I had to call Kody back as my aircon started leaking after the first visit. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue.
On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated.
Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them.
