We have high regard for the whole interaction that we had with Alliance Climate Control personnel. Aysa helped us to make our informed choice with the ac system that the technicians installed. Aysa is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians, Yunus, Can and Carlos, were very punctual and called us in advance to let us know of the time they will be coming. Jason was extremely helpful fixing our aircon unit. Arrived on time and kept me updated with his whereabouts, he diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently. My AC is running perfectly now - highly recommend.

Alliance team Gabriel, Gokhan and Nik did a great job. The task was challenging but ultimately successful. 1 unit with difficult access decommissioned & another unit replaced with a new split system. Thanks for your hard work guys.

Kyle abd André were friendly and polite. Repairs needed were quickly identified and arranged. Steven and Andre did a good repair job in extreme heat. Excellent service.

Chris did a great job. Friendly and very efficient and did a few extras like cleaning roof vents.

After three years of trying to get my system working correctly, and thinking I was going mad, Yasim came out with his expertise and found several issues with the initial installation. Thank goodness Alliance has a super hero who sorted my issues once and for all. Need more training for installers to take pride in their work and not rush to get the job done quickly.

Mitiesh was responsible and thorough. He didn’t just do a quick fix, he checked the entire system to ensure everything was running safely. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

We were very happy with the work undertaken by Dylan last week. He was very courteous and professional. He answered our questions very clearly and investigated the 2 issues we raised very thoroughly.

The team who attended my home last week to install a split system were impeccable - Gokhan, Louis and Rodrigo - as was Errol who attended to provide the initial quote and the office team when I called with some questions pre-installation. Everyone was helpful and professional. They set high expectations and delivered!

Andres from Alliance was excellent, professional and very clear. Our units are now operating perfectly and he detected a major issue and presented multiple solutions. Would recommend the service highly.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and clean provided by Emre.
He was punctual, thorough with his assessment of my aircon units and managed to identify the source of why my aircon has a mouldy smell. He was professional, knowledgeable and clear with his explanation of what can be the problems as well as recommending appropriate options to address the problems.
5/5 will call upon his services again if my aircons ever give me grief (though I doubt it with the level of servicing he performed).

Gokhan and Louis did an amazing job installing my air conditioner! We had them install a split system in our bedroom, and couldn’t be happier

Their communication was excellent - explained the whole process and were very helpful and accommodating. The little things like helping to test different power mains to find the best configuration, the care they took to cover up and move my furniture, and the spotless cleaning job they did afterwards really set them apart. They even gave us a small gift bag at the end, which was a nice touch.

Highly recommended to go with this company, they are professionals through and through!

We had two visits to fix our aircon Kody and Mitiesh and the problem was resolved satisfactorily. Both guys were very polite, friendly and explained the problem with the aircon and how it was fixed. Very impressive

Charles & Mo from Alliance were great, they did a difficult installation perfectly and cleaned up afterwards as well. Will be using their services again in the future.

Update - latest review for the Electrical Safety Inspection on 29/12/25 and Electrical Work on 07/01/26.

We are very impressed with Joshua, Vash and Mohammed. So, we are giving each one of them 5 stars.  Joshua was very detailed and very systematic when he conducted the safety inspection last 29/12/25. Also, giving us practical tips about safety and to monitor the old power points. He also patiently explained the importance of getting the electrical system and smoke alarm up to code and all the things that needs to be replaced. He is also courteous in his behaviour and how he engages with us.

Vash and Mohammed arrived early for the electrical work on 07/01/26.  These young blokes are very thorough, they know what they're doing. They worked as a team and non-stop for several hours. They are also impressive, respectful, and polite. Before they left, they double checked everything and even vacuumed the dining chairs and floor to keep thing tidy. We learned a lot from them and how to use electrical extensions safely.

These young men ( Joshua, Mohammed and Vash )will go far. They arrived neat, clean looking and ready to do the job. They have a high standard in workmanship, dedication and most importantly they have the right attitude about their work and how they treat us.

Kindly let them know that even though they might think they just did the electrical work. For us, they did more than that, they contributed to our health and safety.

Updated my review to include our recent service experience October 11, 2025 with Gabriel.

I want to share our recent experience with Gabriel, who provided a complete tune-up and service on our Fujitsu multi system last October 11, 2025. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My husband and I truly appreciate Gabriel’s dedication—his professionalism, expertise, and meticulous care stood out throughout the visit. He walked us through the air-conditioning health report, clearly explaining the tasks he completed and the performance of our air conditioner, while also offering practical and easy-to-follow maintenance suggestions that put our minds at ease.

Gabriel consistently demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude toward his work, just as he did in January 2022. His respectful and polite manner made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to Gabriel’s thorough service, we feel much more at ease knowing our air conditioner is in top condition and our home’s air quality is supporting a healthy lifestyle.

On the 19th of Jan 2022 an inspection was conducted by Gabriel. He was punctual and did a thorough inspection. He came back with Bailey for the AC cleaning and tune up on the 21st of Jan as per agreement. We have rated both of them 5 stars for the following reasons and base on our observations. Punctuality, tidy in appearance and work, very knowledgable with their trade, well mannered, they did a meticulous job in servicing our AC. Most of all, they were both efficient because they worked as a team. We are a very happy customer. Thank you Gabriel and Bailey.

The boys were so helpful, nothing was a trouble & they knew their stuff, very professional which made a great experience all round!

Alliance has done an amazing job from providing the solution , quoting and install by Vy and his team. The install was competed in one day with an even better outcome than originally designed. Well done to the entire Alliance Team and would highly recommend.
