Professional, Courteous, Helpful in all details from the quote supplied by Shazim, to the installation team lead by Matt, Benjamin, Ahmad, Qaig and Casper. They had to perform their work in very trying conditions due to persistent heavy rain. The installation process lasted 3 days. What impressed me was their work ethic and attention to detail. We have had numerous trades people to our house and this team is right up there with their workmanship. I would also like to thank Michael and James who are the operations experts , who responded to my query within the hour. They arranged for Andres from Alliance to be at my house within the hour and the matter was resolved . I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance.
Very happy with the Alliance team, who installed a multi head A/C (three indoor units) at my home.We knew from the outset it would be a difficult installation due to my apartment's layout, but the installers managed to complete the work efficiently, and did a very neat job. They were friendly and professional to deal with, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and ask lots of questions to ensure I was happy with the placement of all components. Found these guys on Google and chose them because they are close to us. Had inspection with technician the next day I contacted them, followed by full install 4 days later. Guys were super nice, efficient and cleaned after themselves. 5 stars.
Problem was identified with photos showing the fault. Options were given as to how to resolve problem. The repairman, Gabriel, did a fantastic job and was thorough in going through making sure that problem was resolved before leaving. Great job!
We had a fairly complex job that involved multiple units across a two story house. Plenty of masonry tunnelling and tubing.BJ and Ahmad came when they said they would, did the work and finished as expected.The result is excellent. They did a fantastic job of making it all blend in that you’d hardly know the sheer amount of work they actually did over three days.Also did a stellar job of cleaning up at he end of each day.The house looks cleaner than when they started!Would definitely recommend Alliance to anyone looking at getting AC.
